Q: What time should I plan on being at the bus stop?
A: We recommend that you be at the bus stop five minutes before your scheduled departure.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation to ride?
A: You do not have to make an advance reservation to ride, however we highly recommend it. You can purchase your ticket online. Online reservations are guaranteed a seat on the shuttle. Walk up passengers take a risk of the bus being sold out.
Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: Reservations are made through 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to travel. If you miss the reservation cut off time you can purchase a ticket at the bus from the driver. Please note that fares at the bus are higher than the cost of online reservations.
Q: Can I call your office and make a reservation?
A: Protecting your information is very important to us. In order to keep your information secure our operators will not take credit or debit card information over the phone. All advance reservations need to be made online. Our operator will however be happy to walk you through the process of how to use our online booking system.
Q: How can I pay?
A: If you are making an online reservation you can pay with any Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. If you are purchasing tickets at the bus you can pay by any major credit card or with cash. Our drivers will be happy to make change for you at the bus.
Q: Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
A: No. Because other passengers may be allergic or have objections with live animals in the shuttle. Service animals for impaired passengers are certainly welcome.
Q: Where do your shuttles pick up at the airport?
A: The shuttle picks up in the Ground Transportation Center located outside directly across from baggage claim area on the lower level of the main terminal. At the ground transportation area Bloomington shuttles load in Zone 3 and Lafayette shuttles load in Zone 5. There is a comfortable waiting area near the exit to both zones.
Q: Where do I purchase a ticket at the airport?
A: From the driver. They will accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or Cash.
Q: What are the luggage restrictions?
A: Each passenger is allowed to bring two pieces of luggage that do not exceed 50 pounds. There may be additional fees for luggage that exceed the weight or quantity listed above..
Q: Can you ask the driver to hold the bus for just a couple minutes.
A: We would like to hold the bus for passengers , however because of our schedule we are not able to. As a fixed route service other vehicles are scheduled out of the loading zone and we are required to depart at the scheduled time. If you have doubts about your arrival time call our staff and they may be able to assist you in planning a proper shuttle departure time.
Q: If I cancel my trip or miss the shuttle can I get a ticket refund?
A: Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
